Broadman Gluten-Free Communion Bread, 200 Count
Broadman Gluten-Free Communion Bread, 200 Count

The gluten-free wafers and bread are made from one flour blend of garbanzo bean, potato starch, tapioca, sorghum and fava bean, with water. The bundles add juice-only Fellowship Cups or a case of clear cups. The bundle of cups with gluten-free wafers holds only 50 wafers next to 1,000 cups, which suits a church where a few members need them.

The FDA sets the gluten-free line at less than 20 parts per million of gluten for anything that carries the claim. Read the label of each bag, keep the gluten-free plate separate and set it out first. Our gluten-free communion guide covers the rest.
