A RemembranceWare tray holds 32 cups and 40 pieces of bread, so the arithmetic of your servers starts there.
Every piece is food-grade stainless steel with double-rounded edges, finished in silver or brass, and cleaned with mild soap and water and a soft cloth. The one-pass tray carries cups and bread together. The cover with its Latin cross sits on the filled tray until the elements are served. The bread plate takes up to 500 pieces.
The starter kit puts two trays, two bread inserts, a cover, a box of 100 cups and a filler in one box for a small church. Larger congregations buy trays one at a time: divide your communicants by 32 and add one.
