A visitor meets the welcome team before the pastor: a name tag that says who to ask, a guest card in the pew rack, a folder with the bulletin and a page about the church. Ushers who serve every week wear the metal badge with a magnetic back, in English or in Spanish.
The magnet carries a warning for wearers of pacemakers and similar devices. Ask before you hand one out.
