Round gluten-free communion wafers in a resealable pouch of about fifty. The ingredients are a flour blend of garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour and fava bean flour, with water. There is no wheat, rye or barley on the list.
